Job Description

We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Seasons Apartments. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall operational and financial success of our residential property. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing rent payments and collections, maintaining resident files, and ensuring compliance with property management laws and regulations. You will also assist in leasing, marketing, and resident retention activities, contributing to our commitment to superior service and satisfaction.


  • Provide superior customer service to residents.
  • Manage rent collection and past due balances.
  • Maintain resident files and documentation accuracy.
  • Resolve resident complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in apartment inspections and deposit accounting.
  • Maintain accurate account records and transactions.
  • Support community operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Stay informed about local area and community amenities for prospective residents.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage products.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in leasing or customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and physically able to perform job tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
