Position: Attorney I

An Attorney I at Gravis Law, PLLC is a mid-level attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing law. The successful candidate will demonstrate self-direction, thrive with support and autonomy, and handle a combination of work generated internally and through lead generation. This role involves legal research, writing legal documents, marketing services, client communication, and managing a billable schedule, among other responsibilities. Additionally, the Attorney I is expected to attend networking events and maintain an average yearly billing requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mediation and trial experience preferred.
• Legal research and analysis.
• Writing legal documents.
• Marketing firm services.
• Client communication and advice.
• Managing billable schedule.
• Engaging in brand expansion activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• State bar admission.
• 3+ years of legal experience.

Work Environment:

Duties primarily in office environment with occasional weekend and travel requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000+ per year
