Sevita is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Life Skills Trainers/Caregivers. Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals in living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other areas.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, and medication administration.
• Support community involvement by facilitating relationships with employers and accompanying individuals on outings.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the human services field.
• Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 18.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Caring attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
