Caregiver

Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized healthcare services. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with various challenges by providing assistance, support, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, supervision, and assistance to individuals in areas such as living skills, recreational therapy, and other forms of support in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, personal care, shopping, cleaning, and medication management.
• Support community involvement by facilitating relationships with employers, accompanying individuals on outings, and providing transportation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Compassionate attitude towards assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and caring approach.
