Job Description

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as a Direct Support Professional Caregiver. In this role, you will help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well and grow by providing support with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and behavior management.
• Develop meaningful relationships and support participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Promote community integration and engagement in enjoyable activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid Standard Driver's license with 1 or more years of driving experience, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
