Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals in living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of support in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate employer-individual relationships and promote community engagement through outings and transportation support.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Clear background checks.
• Caring attitude and dedication to assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
