Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. As a Case Manager, you will plan and manage individualized services in vocational, personal, and social skills for our employment participants. You will lead a team of Support Employment staff to provide quality services and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop service plans that align with individual goals and monitor progress continuously.
  • Coordinate services, assist in crisis intervention, and ensure human rights protection.
  • Provide counseling, advocacy, and necessary training to individuals served.
  • Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and the community to facilitate skill development and job modifications.
  • Adhere to supported employment service principles and relevant laws.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases; Valid driver's license and good driving record.
