Job Description
Child Care Attendants at VASA Fitness are responsible for the care and well-being of the children of our members and guests during their stay. They must maintain safety, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the childcare area, adhering to internal policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of our KidCare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Create a friendly, professional, and positive first impression on members and guests.
- Greet and check in children, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain safety and control.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the KidCare areas.
- Complete any required paperwork and respond to any emergencies involving children.
- Comfort the children psychologically and physically through play and other techniques to ensure a pleasant and safe experience.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour. Potential healthcare benefits for employees who work 20+ hours per week, and two complimentary gym memberships for all employees with additional benefits for full-time employees.
