Community Based Therapist

About the Position:

A clinical adaptation of Multi-Systemic Therapy, MST-EA provides intensive individual treatment for transition-age youth (ages 17-26) with criminal involvement and behavioral health challenges. The therapist will work in the community to deliver treatment, engage with families, clients, and community agency staff, and receive ongoing clinical training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and exams with clients.
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively.
• Facilitate home and community-based treatment.
• Ensure client safety and progress.
• Maintain documentation and communication.
• Participate in training and supervision meetings.
• Build relationships with funders, providers, and the community.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Required license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT.
• Experience with adolescents, CBT, and high energy level.

Employment Details:

Full-time position requiring travel throughout the boroughs. Salary range: $60,000-65,000.
