We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Direct Sales Representative to join Badger Daylighting Corp, a leading provider of non-destructive excavating services in North America. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will play a vital role in expanding our business within an assigned sales territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a passion for driving business growth and providing exceptional account management services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in field sales activities to drive business development.
  • Focus on acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Develop a strategic growth plan to enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
  • Promote the company's services to meet client objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Deliver reliable post-sales support and feedback to clients.
  • Establish enduring relationships with new clients to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
  • Customer support and account management expertise.
  • Ability to establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Effective time management and planning capabilities.
  • Prior experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation proficiencies.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is a plus.
