Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family of Companies is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic to join our team at the Eagle River Seed Farm Location in Eagle River, WI. As an Equipment Operator - Mechanic, you will provide maintenance support for a variety of agricultural equipment, ensure safe operation of farm machinery, and contribute to various farm activities including record keeping, snow removal, potato grading, and more.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Three years or more of field/maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of tools, welding skills, and basic electrical systems.
• Usage of technology systems for diagnostics.
• Valid Driver's License with an Acceptable Driving Record.
• Pesticide License (to be obtained within 3-6 months of hire).
