Valley Equipment Co., a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is currently seeking a Parts Counter Associate to join our team. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the parts sales counter, routine warehouse and display area stocking, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts sales counter.
• Stocking duties in the warehouse and display area.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in telephone and computer systems.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Desired Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude would be a plus.
• Bilingualism is beneficial.
