Electrical Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team at One Way Wireless Construction Inc. As a key member of our Electrical division, you will be responsible for sales, customer relationships, estimating, bidding, and project management to drive the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project bidding, customer relationship management, and project estimation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing electrical-based customers.
• Estimate projects accurately and adjust bids based on market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers for project estimates and performance reviews.
• Effectively manage awarded projects by coordinating with the Construction Management team.
• Utilize company software for project bidding, budgeting, and tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful electrical project bidding experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Commitment to company values of integrity, quality, safety, productivity, stewardship, brotherhood, and agility.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Office 365 and related applications.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer interactions and project estimations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
• Certification as a Master Electrician.
• Experience in infrastructure development.
• Previous roles involving bidding and estimating construction projects.
• 5+ years of successful project management experience.
