Job Description

Hepaco Inc is seeking an Estimator to join our team. As a professional environmental contractor, we specialize in environmental cleanup, site remediation, emergency spill response, and various other services for a wide range of clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home.

Estimator Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide cost estimates and quotes for customers by analyzing proposals and project requirements.

Estimator Job Duties

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, and related documents.
• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Present prepared estimates by assembling numerical and descriptive information.
• Delegate and participate in a team effort to complete estimates in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Qualifications Include

• Detail oriented with experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Construction estimating experience.
• College degree in engineering, construction, math, or related field a plus.
• Experience with estimating and opportunity-tracking software, such as Bid2Win and ConstructConnect, a plus.
