The Server position at Silver Diner Development, LLC is a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service, generating sales, accurately handling orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service, from timely greetings to accurate order deliveries.
• Effectively suggest menu items and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately handle POS functions, including order processing and payment collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station to meet Silver Diner standards.

Brand Delivery

• Adhere to uniform standards and SMG scoring for speed and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards work and guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, communication, and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
