Field Sales Executive at Badger Daylighting Corp

We are looking for an ambitious Field Sales Executive to join Badger Daylighting Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will drive business growth by acquiring new accounts while providing top-level account management within a defined sales territory.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in business development activities in a field sales role.
  • Grow Badger's business through business acquisition and account management.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company's services.
  • Prepare and ensure adherence to sales contracts, provide after-sales support, and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • Experience in customer support and account management.
  • Ability to build rapport with client prospects and strong time management skills.
  • Industry experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus uncapped commissions and a 6-month commission guarantee. Compensation may vary based on various factors.
