Job Description

Group Fitness Instructors at VASA Fitness are high-energy, knowledgeable champions who motivate and uplift others through movement and community within group fitness classes. They consistently provide an exceptional fitness experience to all members, ensuring safety, camaraderie, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify UPLIFT core values to provide an exceptional fitness experience to all members.
• Ensure Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) is executed in every class.
• Prepare the room and greet members at the door on time.
• Demonstrate exercises and movements, while monitoring members’ performance.
• Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning and organizing the environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
• Teach a safe and effective class, providing options for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Create an inclusive, fun, and supportive community within class.
• Promote classes to retain and invite new participants.
