We are looking for a skilled Health Unit Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare services provider committed to delivering high-quality care and compassion to our patients and residents. As a Health Unit Coordinator-LPN, you will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure optimal care services are provided under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Position Highlights
- Transcribe and process health practitioner orders accurately.
- Coordinate the Genesis Pharmacy Program and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet program objectives.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking healthcare provider appointments.
- Greet and acclimate patients, physicians, visitors, and staff to the unit.
