Foundever is currently seeking an Intuit Customer Support Representative to join our team in a dynamic customer service environment. As a key member of our team, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to advance your career with a reputable company.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background check.
