Job Description
We are looking for a proficient Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology Team at DecoArt Inc. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide desk side support, ensure proper installation of computer software products, troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, and promptly resolve technical issues while educating users.
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support for hardware, software, network, printers, and other computer-related needs.
- Configure and maintain employee accounts, email, and system access.
- Install, test, and update equipment, software, and peripherals.
- Manage service requests and maintain asset inventory.
- Assist with server, network, and phone system maintenance.
- Educate and train employees on computer-related skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of professional IT experience.
- Knowledge of PC networks, servers, hardware/software maintenance, Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to strict standards.
