Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HOME CARE REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing professional nursing services and promoting positive patient outcomes through collaborative practices and the efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary care planning.
- Provide nursing services following established care plans.
- Promote favorable outcomes through collaborative practices and resource efficiency.
- Document accurately and thoroughly to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships and personal accountability.
Requirements
- Completion of nursing education from an approved school.
- Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located.
- Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and CPR certification.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
