Leasing Specialist ( CL )

Job Description

Levco Management LLC is currently seeking a Leasing Specialist for an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in the apartment management industry or related fields, who is eager to grow with our expanding company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry preferred.
• Retail sales or hospitality experience candidates willing to transition to the multi-family environment as a leasing consultant are encouraged.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple leasing prospects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Addressing leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and conducting apartment tours.
• Assisting in developing marketing strategies and posting advertisements.
• Handling rental applications, lease execution, and deposit collection.
• Coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
• Dealing with maintenance requests and work orders.
• Supporting various administrative and property management duties as assigned.
