Job Description
Avera McKennan Hospital is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and deliver the best possible nursing care in a patient-focused setting, specifically in Vascular, Nephrology, and Urology on the 3 East unit.
Responsibilities
- Practice at a competent level of nursing care in accordance with the Department of Nursing's Standards of Care.
- Demonstrate a competent and professional level of behavior in the LPN role.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for individual actions and patient care outcomes during shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program strongly preferred.
- Two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred.
- Licensed as an LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is between $22.75 - $31.50 per hour (actual hourly rate dependent upon experience).
