Winchester Country Club is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Long Term - Seasonal Greenskeepers. As a Greenskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional condition of our prestigious golf course. From mowing greens to conducting regular course maintenance, your dedication will contribute to providing a top-notch golfing experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and groom greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and clubhouse grounds.
• Perform divot repairs and debris removal on surfaces and paths.
• Execute summer mowing, fall clean-up, and small improvement projects.
• Assist in preparing practice areas for optimal playing conditions.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for outdoor work and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Available Positions

We are hiring for positions starting as early as March 2024 through November 2024, with employment resuming in Mar/Apr 2025. Various schedules are available to accommodate different preferences.
