We are looking for an LPN - Health Unit Coordinator to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this role, you will support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to patients/residents, ensuring proper transcription of medication and treatment orders, and coordinating care throughout the patient journey.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders under nursing supervision.
• Implement the Genesis Pharmacy Program in the nursing center.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to meet Pharmacy Program objectives.
• Support scheduling and tracking of healthcare appointments.
• Provide unit orientation to patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• LPN license, advanced knowledge of medical terminology.
• Medical order transcription experience.
