LPN - Health Unit Coordinator Job

We are looking for a part-time LPN Desk Nurse to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare service provider committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion. As a Health Unit Coordinator-LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff to ensure optimal care services for our patients/residents.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders.
• Implement the Genesis Pharmacy Program.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing staff.
• Support appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Acclimate patients/residents and visitors to nursing center policies.
