Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Technician to join POAH Communities in preserving 'at risk' affordable rental housing. As the Maintenance Technician at Meadowbrook Apartments, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include insuring compliance with pertinent laws, EPA, and OSHA regulations, as well as performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment and conducting make-ready repairs and services. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled and knowledgeable in apartment maintenance, including the safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment. A flexible schedule with weekends and on-call basis availability is necessary. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
