Job Description
This position supports a 195 unit lease-up property in University Place, WA. As part of 11Residential, the Maintenance Technician will ensure apartment homes and facilities for an assigned community are maintained to standards. The primary responsibilities include completing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, ensuring clean property and vacant apartments, providing professional customer service, and being available for emergency call duties and weekend work.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year experience with property management in a maintenance role
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Basic computer skills and strong written/oral communication
Benefits and Total Compensation
The compensation range for on-site (WA) applicants is $21 to $23 per hour, and exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
