As the Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager at RuffleButts Inc., you will lead the key account, e-tailer, and independent store wholesale businesses. Working closely with internal and external sales teams, you will develop sales strategies, manage existing accounts, and identify new opportunities to drive business growth and brand awareness for RuffleButts/RuggedButts. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Operations and Wholesale, overseeing Wholesale Assistants and Sales Reps.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans for existing and future accounts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage key account relationships and seasonal collections.
- Support specialty sales reps and drive sales growth.
- Lead and develop the Wholesale team, ensuring targets are met.
- Optimize online wholesale experience with Faire and NuOrder.
- Identify and implement process automation solutions for sales operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
- Strong analytical and retail math skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience with Faire and NuOrder preferred.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
- Authorization to work in the US.
