MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ATTORNEY

Job Description

Chimpoulis & Hunter, PA, an insurance defense law firm in Plantation, Florida, is hiring a Medical Malpractice Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or general defense litigation. The ideal candidate will handle cases from the 90-day presuit process through litigation, including attending client meetings, mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and responses to pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Provide ongoing case status reports to clients.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high case volume.

Qualifications

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Effective oral advocacy.
• Self-starter with excellent customer service abilities.
