Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, involving day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care. With 29 private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner, the department is equipped to provide personalized care to patients, including early diagnosis of critical conditions.
