Job Summary:
The Nursing Graduate provides high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring a safe care environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
