Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join E-Z Bel Construction, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a versatile individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform receptionist duties, manage mail, and handle administrative support tasks.
  • Coordinate janitorial and facility maintenance functions.
  • Manage office supplies, review and submit payments for invoices, and develop office policies.
  • Create promotional materials using Canva software and assist in planning office events.
  • Oversee office equipment and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using office software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements

The role involves sitting, standing, walking, computer operation, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel for meetings or training sessions.
