Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Friendship Village Chesterfield. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, perform treatments, and ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
- Initiate individual care plans based on healthcare goals and physician's orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and ensure quality of life is maintained.
Requirements
- Current State of Missouri Registered Nurse license.
- Strong positive attitude towards customer service.
- Genuine interest in geriatric care and motivation to work towards facility goals.
