Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Bank products and services.
• Meet with customers to discuss their personal financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Oversee work procedures, work schedules, and provide oversight of work flow.
• Supervise, coach, and train Personal Bankers, and assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
• Consistently review employee performance and provide regular feedback.
