Job Description

The Server at Silver Diner is the key individual in delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. You will play a crucial role in providing a friendly and efficient dining experience, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves handling food and beverage orders, utilizing the POS system, and maintaining a clean and organized station.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring prompt greeting and accurate order delivery.
• Effectively suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and adhere to service standards.
• Clean and organize work station according to Silver Diner guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
