Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Content Moderator to join Teleperformance USA's team in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring user-generated content meets community guidelines and maintains a positive social experience for all users.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on correct policies.
- Handle sensitive content following client-defined parameters.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to content.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Provide insights for process and product improvements.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with strong internet navigation skills, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work flexible shifts. You should have experience with Windows OS, multitasking, and a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
