Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Nurse II/III to join the Addiction Treatment Center (ATC) at The University of Vermont Medical Center. You will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based outpatient services to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, including counseling, group therapy, and medication management. As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, your responsibilities will include assessing patient vitals, coordinating with labs and pharmacies, providing patient education, and administering care while following nursing plans.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with a path towards completion.
- Three years of relevant RN experience, with a preference for experience in substance use disorders.
