Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist

Job Description

Come join Colliflower Inc., a leading distributor of hoses and fittings, as a Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the fluid connector business and Colliflower's operations firsthand. You will receive training in various areas including business operations, customer service, inventory management, sales, product knowledge, hose assembly, and facility management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, identifying product solutions, and resolving issues under the guidance of the Store Manager.
• Assemble hoses to manufacturer's recommendations, manage product inventory, and maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Process sales transactions, assist with recording invoices, and ensure confidentiality of intellectual property.

Qualifications

• Good customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 150lbs, operate machinery and tools, and work in a workshop environment.

Work Environment

This role involves standing, walking, bending, and operating hand and power tools in a workshop setting. You will routinely use standard office equipment and be exposed to workshop elements such as noise and occasional odors.
