Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, training team members, managing schedules and breaks, handling cash, and performing opening and closing tasks. You should be punctual, have strong communication and computer skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent guest service skills. Being able to mediate guest complaints and a passion for serving fresh, quality food are essential. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety certification in the state of Texas, or willingness to obtain certification before the store opening.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
