Canon Solutions America, Inc. is looking for a Technician, Field Svc IV-Temp to provide operational, maintenance, and networking support for customers. In this temporary, project-based role, you will diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures of Canon products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and customer satisfaction. The position requires expertise in maintaining technical information, providing solutions for technical problems, and meeting customer demands efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures of Canon products.
- Prepare reports on product failure trends and service ability issues.
- Maintain technical information, expense reports, and Canon property.
- Provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service-related problem areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 4-6 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical support of Canon products.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, do shift work, and on-call rotations.
- Capacity to meet the minimum performance standards for technical quality and customer satisfaction.
