Job Description
We are looking for a Technician In Charge to join our team at First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America. As a Lead Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our school buses, servicing the Cleveland, MO School District.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in the shop and manage work orders efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems and maintain service records.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle components for effective repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required, willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or technical education.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- ASE certification program participation required.
