Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employees' performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Manage liquor orders, control costs, and enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through daily performance feedback.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House employees.
  • Direct employee work, set schedules, and assign tasks to create a fun and safe environment.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures to ensure guest and employee well-being.
