TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the tire manufacturing process, focusing on tire construction, testing, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental tire building specifications.
- Coordinate controlled experimental tire builds and verification processes.
- Analyze test tire sections and failure modes.
- Develop and maintain production tire building specifications.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers on introducing new materials.
- Present reports, procedures, and project schedules effectively.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience in tire design, testing, and manufacturing preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
