This role plays a vital part in promoting business for Nicolet by maintaining high customer service standards and referring customers to the appropriate staff when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and cash handling duties, maintaining accurate transactions.
• Open and close various accounts, answering customer inquiries, and resolving account issues.
• Attract and retain customer relationships by delivering timely and accurate service.
• Stay informed on banking regulations and security practices to ensure compliance.
• Promote Nicolet products and services, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Participate in community events to represent Nicolet and engage with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.
