Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Water Research Facility Lead to join our team at Parkson Corp. This position will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As the Water Research Facility Lead, you will be responsible for conducting pilot performance testing of mechanical and process technologies at water and wastewater treatment plants across North America. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of solutions utilizing Parkson technologies to provide innovative offerings to municipal and industrial customers. You will oversee setting up pilot units, optimizing systems, conducting presentations, training plant operators, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support sales, maximize pilot assets utilization, maintain equipment, and drive a culture of responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Research Facility.
• Develop test protocols in collaboration with Product and Sales Managers.
• Coordinate and conduct pilot study activities.
• Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and procedures to meet standards.
• Support sales efforts and market development.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.).
• Experience with MS Office and ISO9001.
• Strong background in water and wastewater treatment.
• Hands-on experience in field service and pilot testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
