1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock and preparing merchandise for delivery to our stores. Your role will play an integral part in maintaining the warehouse's appearance, ensuring safe operating procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
