2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing the medical needs of residents, monitoring the med room operation, and coordinating care with external medical entities. You will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate medical care while modeling exemplary care to floor staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team with medication dispensing and monitoring efficacy.
• Provide leadership in medication administration and supervision.
• Coordinate care needs with external medical entities and internal staff.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure quality care and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active LPN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Proficient in electronic medical records.
• Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
