Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts on weekends with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.

The department features private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, a mental health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
