Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide vital nursing care to patients following Maryland regulations and organization guidelines. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to meet current standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within specified timelines.
- Completion of orientation per policy/procedures.
